Document Management and Storage

CRS offers a solution for every document management and storage need.

Transitional Archive
Each digital file printed at CRS is stored for approximately one week in our transitional archive. The storage period for this archive is up to the discretion of our operations staff.

Digital Library
Customers with short term print runs who suspect they may require re-prints of a job should request archiving services. Upon request, a customer file is burned onto a cd-rom and maintained in Print Source.

Our digital library makes ordering reprints a snap! Simply fill out a digital work order, phone or fax the order to us and the files are retrieved from our archive.
